About the role
- Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, scanning, and document management
- Answer phone calls and general email inquiries.
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism
- Coordinate and dispatch field team members to job sites based on project schedules and customer needs.
- Facilitate the onboarding process of new team members according to the Company's new hire process.
- Assist with billing and invoicing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the construction, equipment rental, or related industries
- Prior experience with dispatching or coordinating field operations is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with rental or dispatch software is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
