IT Lab Computing Support Specialist
Location: Bothell, WA (100% Onsite)
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Pay Rate: Up to $50/hr
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced IT Lab Computing Support Specialist to support laboratory computing systems within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical/biotech environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with Computer System Validation (CSV), laboratory systems support, and Windows-based infrastructure.
Key Qualifications: Experience supporting laboratory systems in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biotech environment Computer System Validation (CSV) experience, including IQ/OQ activities Strong Windows and Active Directory administration experience Experience with hardware deployment, imaging, troubleshooting, and user support Strong documentation and compliance experience within regulated environments
Responsibilities: Support laboratory computers, software, and related technologies Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory access Troubleshoot hardware and software issues Participate in validation activities and maintain compliance documentation Collaborate with laboratory, quality, and engineering teams Schedule Training: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PMTransition Schedule: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PMLong-Term Schedule: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PMIf you have experience with GMP environments, CSV, and laboratory systems support, we'd love to hear from you.
