What You'll Do: Assemble small precision components such as coils, transformers, and inductors
Follow work instructions, drawings, and production orders
Use hand tools, fixtures, adhesives, and measuring tools
Inspect your work to ensure accuracy and quality
Support testing and final assembly processes
Learn new products, skills, and assembly techniques as you grow
What We're Looking For:
1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or similar environments
Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity
Comfortable performing precise, repetitive work
Ability to follow written instructions and quality requirements
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
