About the role
Hire Dynamics is currently seeking experienced MIG Welders for a weekend shift opportunity with a leading manufacturing facility. This position is ideal for candidates with strong welding skills who are looking to maximize their work week while enjoying additional days off.
Schedule
Monday - Friday
6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Overtime may be available as production needs require
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform MIG welding on metal components according to specifications and blueprints
Read and interpret welding symbols, drawings, and work instructions
Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
Inspect welds to ensure quality and compliance with production standards
Grind, clean, and prepare materials for welding
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Preferred Qualifications:
Manufacturing or fabrication experience
Welding certifications are a plus but not required
Experience working with steel and other metal materials
