About the Role
Location:
Farmington, CTSetting: Monday through Thursday in-office; Fridays remote. We are seeking a motivated Associate Application Developer with a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI technologies. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to build solutions that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, automation, and enterprise integrations.
What You’ll Do:
Assist in designing, developing, and supporting AI-powered applications and automation solutions. Create, test, and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve accuracy and business outcomes. Develop application components and integrations using Python. Build and maintain user interfaces using React JS.Consume and integrate REST APIs to connect enterprise systems and AI services. Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver innovative AI-driven solutions. Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and application support activities.
What We’re Looking For:
Must-have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Basic knowledge of Python programming. Familiarity with React JS.Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and application integration concepts. Foundational knowledge of AI, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and Large Language Models (LLMs).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Eagerness to learn and work in a collaborative environment.
Nice-to-have:
(not required):Exposure to AI platforms such as Azure AI, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar technologies. Academic projects, internships, or personal projects involving AI, automation, or software development.
