Position Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Compensation: $50,000–$60,000 target range
Lead From the Floor. Flame King is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Operations Supervisor to help lead daily operations at our Savannah, GA facility. We're looking for a supervisor who wants to be where the work is happening: on the warehouse floor, leading the team, setting priorities, solving problems, maintaining safety standards, and stepping in when needed to keep orders moving. If you're the kind of leader who can direct a team one minute and jump on a forklift, help stage a shipment, or solve a fulfillment problem the next, this could be a great opportunity for you. As our Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you'll take ownership of daily warehouse execution and help ensure the job gets done on time, safely, and accurately. Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities and priorities Maintain a visible, hands-on presence on the warehouse floor Assign work based on order volume, staffing levels, and shipping schedules Monitor employee productivity, attendance, work quality, and adherence to procedures Coach, train, and provide day-to-day guidance to warehouse team members Oversee receiving, picking, packing, staging, loading, unloading, and shipping activities Make sure customer orders are picked, labeled, staged, and shipped accurately and on time Identify bottlenecks, delays, and fulfillment problems before they impact shipping commitments Operate forklifts, clamp attachments, and other authorized warehouse equipment when needed Support inventory movement, cycle counts, reconciliation, and investigation of discrepancies Partner with inventory, e-commerce, customer service, shipping partners, and warehouse leadership Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Identify inefficiencies and help put practical operational improvements in place Previous experience in warehouse operations, distribution, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment Experience leading, supervising, or coordinating warehouse employees in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of picking, packing, staging, loading, unloading, shipping, and inventory movement Forklift or other warehouse-equipment experience, with the ability to obtain necessary certifications and training Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse, inventory, or order-fulfillment systems Prior experience as a warehouse supervisor or lead in a distribution center, manufacturing facility, or fulfillment operation Inventory-control, cycle-counting, or stock-reconciliation experience High-volume order fulfillment experience Experience coordinating carrier pickups and outbound shipping schedules Experience investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies High school diploma or equivalent This position requires being actively engaged on the warehouse floor throughout the workday. You'll need to be comfortable being on your feet, working in an active warehouse environment, and stepping into physical warehouse duties when operations require it. Great performance in this role means: The warehouse team knows the day's priorities and stays productive The warehouse stays organized and operationally ready Picking, shipping, inventory, and product-damage issues are minimized Team members receive clear direction, coaching, and accountability Warehouse leadership stays informed about staffing needs, delays, safety concerns, and operational challenges Ready to Lead From the Floor? If you're a hands-on warehouse leader who believes the best supervisors set the pace, support their team, solve problems, and step in when needed, we'd like to hear from you. Join Flame King in Savannah and help keep the operation moving safely, accurately, and on time. Additional Job Application TermsThis job is part of LinkedIn's Full-Service Hiring beta program.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
