About the role

Piper Companies is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to support oncology trials across Phase I–IV. This role is fully remote but requires travel of 60-80% regionally in the Midwest, coordinating monitoring activities and ensuring compliance with study protocols. You will oversee trial documentation, data evaluations, and collaborate with study teams to meet regulatory requirements and timelines. Oncology-specific monitoring and FDA/regulatory familiarity are highly valued.
