About the role
Customer Service Attendant We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Attendant for our Parking department. In this role, you will be the face of our parking facilities, providing exceptional service to all visitors and ensuring a smooth and efficient parking experience. You will play a critical role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting customers with inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter while using our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with parking inquiries and services. Process parking transactions accurately and efficiently using electronic payment systems. Monitor and ensure parking lot safety and cleanliness throughout shifts. Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Provide information on parking rates, policies, and local attractions to enhance customer experience. Manage access control and enforce parking rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. Proven experience in customer service or a related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and composure. Basic math skills and experience with cash handling and electronic payments.
