About the role
New York Edge is seeking a Visual Arts Specialist to organize, lead, and promote arts activities within after-school programs in New York City public schools. You will follow the New York State Arts Learning Standards to create engaging activities that encourage student participation and achievement.
You will prepare materials, guide rehearsals for art-related groups, and assess progress to ensure meaningful final projects while maintaining a safe and positive learning environment.
