We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented people who take pride in quality work. Experience with hardwood floor installation or refinishing is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.
What you’ll do:
Install, repair, sand, stain, and refinish hardwood floors Prepare work areas and protect customers’ homes Operate sanders, edgers, buffers, and other flooring equipment Measure and assess floors, materials, and job requirements Apply stains, sealers, and finishes with care and consistency Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized Communicate professionally with customers and teammates Follow project timelines and company quality standards We’re looking for someone who Has a strong work ethic and a reliable, positive attitude Takes pride in craftsmanship and pays attention to detail Enjoys hands-on work and is eager to learn Can work independently and as part of a team Is comfortable using tools and equipment—or ready to learn Can lift flooring materials and work on their feet throughout the day Has reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Experience that’s helpful Hardwood flooring, carpentry, construction, painting, remodeling, or other residential trade experience is beneficial—but not required for the right candidate.
