About the role

Mandara Spa is seeking a Concierge to participate in and monitor front of house operations, ensuring guests are met, welcomed, and offered a full range of information and homecare services. Attention to front-line guest service excellence standards is essential. Qualified candidates will have customer-facing experience, strong phone etiquette, and the ability to operate basic office equipment. POS experience (Book4Time) and Windows proficiency are a plus.
