Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist on a contract, commission-based structure. In this role, your earnings directly tie to the performance and revenue generated by your marketing campaigns. You will have high creative autonomy to build, test, and execute strategies across digital and traditional channels that convert prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Design, launch, and optimize targeted marketing campaigns (social media, email, digital ads) that generate qualified leads and revenue.
Market Research & Strategy: Analyze target demographics and market trends to craft high-converting campaigns.
Sales Collaboration: Work alongside sales and customer support teams to align promotional campaigns with revenue targets.
Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign metrics, refine messaging/targeting, and maximize return on investment (ROI).Brand & Stakeholder Management: Ensure consistent brand presentation and communicate regularly with internal teams to keep campaigns on schedule.
Compensation:
Model: Uncapped Commission (Earnings directly tied to campaign performance, sales driven, or leads generated).Details: Commission rates and performance-tiered bonuses will be agreed upon during the hiring phase.
Qualifications:
Proven skills in market research, strategy development, and sales-focused marketing.
Industry Networks (Preferred): Strong preference for candidates with direct connections to sports teams, traders, B2B distributors, or private-label brands/clients.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, email platforms, social media ads, and web analytics.
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proficiency with collaboration tools.
Preferred: Background in sports manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods marketing.
