At Art of Drawers, Design Sales Consultant's use those same skills to help clients solve frustrating home storage issues with custom solutions. No design degree required. What You GetPay Upgrade: $70-$100/hour (up to 18% commission rate per job) Monthly Bonuses: Based upon performance Flexible Schedule: Work the days you want (e.g., Tuesdays - Thursdays) Mostly Field Work: 90% client homes, 10% home office (no standing behind a counter all day) Employee Discounts: 50% off all products Fast Hiring: We respond to qualified applicants within 24 hours
What You'll Do:
  • Meet clients at their homes to understand their storage frustrations
  • Recommend custom solutions that actually solve their problems (consultative, not pushy sales)
  • Follow up with your client base to ensure they're happy and refer friends
  • Coordinate with the team and manage your appointments
Who You Are:
  • Great communicator who builds rapport quickly
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Have your own phone, computer, printer, and reliable car
