About the role

Overview As Director, Human Resources Operations, you will shape HR strategy and execution across multiple plants to enable operational excellence. You will partner with BU leadership to align HR programs with business goals, drive talent across the organization, and mentor HR Managers. You will lead organizational design, talent development, and employee relations while ensuring compliance and a culture of inclusion. This role offers impact at scale within a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values growth and values-driven leadership. You will help build a high-performing HR function that supports business priorities and workforce potential. Compensation / Benefitsannual incentive 25% if goals met Responsibilities Act as strategic HRBP to the Business Unit President and Operations VP; drive HR strategy for the BU and ensure organizational alignment across the company Build and lead a high-performing HR team at multiple plants; mentor HR Managers/Representatives Manage key HR and business metrics; drive accountability and workplace culture aligned to values Collaborate with BU operations leaders on organizational design, capability assessment, and talent placement Oversee talent selection, retention, development, and change management with operations partners Provide guidance on compliance with laws and company policies; oversee employee and labor relations Deliver HR projects and initiatives; handle confidential information with discretion Key requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experienceMBA or other advanced degree preferredPHR or SPHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred Experience as HR Manager in a union environment preferredCPG/manufacturing experience preferred Proven track record developing and mentoring diverse teams Proficient in MS Office; strong communication and presentation skills Self-directed, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment experience Ability to lead and influence at all organizational levelsstrong communicationleadership and coachingcollaboration across functionschange managementproblem solvingMS Office
