About the role

About the Role: We are looking for a BIM Manager to support BIM coordination, modeling, and project delivery for an established MEP design firm in NYC.
Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate BIM models for MEP projects. Work with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design teams. Develop and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and processes. Perform model coordination and identify design conflicts. Support project teams with BIM-related technical issues. Review models and drawings for accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers.
Requirements: 2+ years of MEP industry experience. Strong experience with Revit and AutoCAD.Experience with Navisworks preferred. Understanding of MEP systems and multidisciplinary coordination. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a hybrid NYC environment.
