About the role

Sun Strong Management is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of solar, BESS, wind, and EV assets. You will drive performance, reliability, and financial results by guiding Portfolio Managers and coordinating Field Service Partners. Reporting to leadership, you will own KPIs for production, availability, and ROI, translate underperformance into recovery plans, and ensure rapid, high-quality execution across internal teams and vendors.
