Bartenders, servers, and hospitality pros: we're looking for you. We're hiring two part-time Brand Ambassadors (20 hrs/week, $3,500/month retainer plus tasting and placement bonuses) to grow our footprint in New York City. Your industry relationships give you a head start. From there, you'll build new ones, prospecting accounts across the city and asking for the order. You set your own schedule around your shifts and get a foot in the door on the supplier side of the industry. About Collina Brands Collina Brands is the hospitality-centered spirits brand builder. Our flagship product is Collina Viola, a violet aperitivo that is perfect for Negronis, Spritzes, and other craft cocktails. The portfolio is expanding fast, with Canone Vermouth Superiore, Lido Aperitivo Rosa, and Lucio Tuscan Gin all launching within the next 12 months. Each expression is designed to elevate classic cocktails with distinctive flavor and high-quality ingredients.
The opportunity: You'll be the face of our portfolio across NYC opening new accounts, building brand awareness behind the bar and on the shelf, and turning placements into lasting sales. This is a chance to get in early with a fast-growing spirits brand company, grow your network across the city's best bars, restaurants, and shops, and help build brands from the ground up. Two openings: both focused in NYCScope of work Prospect new on and off premise accounts, ask for the order and secure the menu or shelf placements Follow up with buyers and distributor partners to convert interest into opening orders Support menu execution, staff engagement, and reorders at existing accounts Deliver staff trainings on Collina Brands products and signature cocktails Conduct in-store tastings at retail accounts Represent Collina Brands at trade events and industry gatherings Track account activity, buyer feedback, and new opportunities in Collina Brands' shared CRMWho you are Bartending or hospitality experience in NYCEnjoys building relationships in NYC's bar and restaurant community and represents brands professionally Comfortable asking for an order or placement and following up to close the opportunity Organized, reliable, and self-directed Interested in growing into FT brand and sales roles on the supplier side 21 or older Engagement and pay   Structure: part-time independent contractor (1099)
Location: New York City, field-based in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Admin and CRM work can be done from home or our Brooklyn office Time commitment: 20 hours per week, plus tastings
Schedule: flexible and self-managed, with availability for daytime buyer meetings, evening account visits, and occasional weekend tastings Monthly retainer: $3,500, covering ongoing prospecting, account visits, staff training, and follow-up Additional compensation: Paid per completed off-premise tasting and per new menu placement, separate from the retainer. Expenses: approved, account-related expenses up to $1,000 per month Support: product education, sales tools, distributor introductions, and a starting book of existing Collina Brands accounts in your territory Collina Brands provides product, samples, and point-of-sale materials
