Job Description: Job Description Company: Multi-Regional Roofing Company in WI, GA, NC, SC, TN, and IL providing full-service residential roofing and restoration. Position: Property Inspector - Canvass Neighborhoods that are either older or recently storm damaged to identify homes that have either storm damaged roofs or old tired roofs that have problems. Speak to homeowners educate them about issues with their roof and generate leads and schedule FREE roofing inspections. No Climbing ladders, no selling just find issues all day speak to homeowners and schedule inspections.
Requirements: Driven and career oriented Comfortable canvassing, working outdoors and engaging with homeowners Motivated, hungry career oriented, dependable, and eager to succeed Must have car/truck
Responsibilities: Canvass neighborhoods to identify homes with roof issues or damage Speak with homeowners and discuss their roofing issues and explain solutions and insurance claims Schedule roof inspections
