6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
4 days on / 4 days off schedule Job Summary
The Wrap Line Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining wrapping and packaging equipment for converted paper rolls. This position ensures products are packaged accurately, safely, and meet or exceed customer quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain wrapping, converting, and packaging equipment.
Use computer systems to track production, update inventory, and print labels for finished products.
Operate industrial trucks after completing required training and licensing.
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
Complete routine machine maintenance and report major equipment issues to the supervisor or shift leader.
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
Safety-conscious with a strong commitment to following procedures.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
Reliable and dependable with strong attendance.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Strong attention to detail.
Effective communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit or drive equipment for 20–60 minutes at a time.
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Frequently lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
Push/pull up to 25 lbs., depending on product.
