Job Description: Procurement & P-Card Data Entry Specialist We are hiring a Procurement & P-Card Data Entry Specialist to review, enter, and maintain procurement card transactions and supporting documentation. This is a detail-focused role that requires accuracy, organization, and strong data entry skills.
Pay: $19.47/hr.
Schedule: Monday–Friday
What You'll Do: Enter P-Card and procurement transactions Review receipts and supporting documentation Verify approvals and required information Identify and correct data entry errors Research and resolve transaction discrepancies Follow up on missing documentation Maintain accurate electronic records Prepare spreadsheets and reports Communicate with cardholders, vendors, and internal departments Assist with procurement and administrative tasks
