About the role

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Neonatal Hospitalist to join the Johnston-Willis Hospital NICU in Richmond, Virginia. You will provide high-quality care across the NICU and Newborn Nursery while collaborating with experienced neonatologists and NNPs. The 22-bed Level III NICU handles about 1,700 deliveries annually. Attend high-risk deliveries, perform resuscitation and stabilization, manage newborn conditions, and support a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient
