About the role

Alice and Olivia is seeking a Sr. Cut and Sew Innovation Designer to lead the creation of original garments from concept through development in NYC. You will work with Design and robotics partners to push innovative production methods while upholding brand aesthetics and quality. The role requires deep knowledge of cut-and-sew tech, fabric behavior, and finishing details, with collaboration across pattern, production, and vendors to deliver premium product on schedule.
