Job Description: Job Summary / Purpose Erie Waste was founded with a simple goal; to provide dependable, responsible waste services to the community we call home. The Front Office Coordinator is the first point of contact. This position is responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, customer service, and to provide administrative support to ensure the FOC operates efficiently and professionally. The FOC plays a key role in creating a positive first impression and delivering exceptional customer service. Reporting Relationship

Essential Job Functions: Greeting and welcoming visitors in a friendly, professional manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls; take accurate messages and provide information. Engage with current customers and potential customers via phone, email, and in person; provide information about services and pricing; assist with account inquiries and service requests. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while representing Erie Waste to customers and visitors. Manage the front desk area, including maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Schedule appointments, meetings, and service calls as needed. Assist with data entry, account maintenance, and documentation in company systems. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer needs and concerns. Processing mail and deliveries. Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned. Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information. Manage all social media platforms, posting content, answering all messages, monitoring comments Required Education,
Skills & Abilities: High school diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of experience in a front office, customer service, or administrative role preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of people. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and attitude.
