About the role
Senior IT Support Professional
Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Senior IT Support professional to serve as a Tier II/III escalation point for the internal support team. This role combines advanced desktop support, endpoint management, and light systems administration in a fully onsite environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the escalation point for Tier II/III technical issues.
Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoint, application, hardware, and connectivity issues.
Administer Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.Package, test, deploy, and maintain applications and managed devices.
Use PowerShell for automation and endpoint management.
Configure, image, deploy, and support Windows 10/11 devices.
Support user accounts, permissions, mobile devices, onboarding/offboarding, VPN, wireless, and basic networking.
Provide technical support to employees and executive users.
Manage escalated issues through resolution while maintaining accurate documentation.
Mentor support team members and recommend process and technology improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive IT support, desktop support, or endpoint management experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, Windows 10/11, and Autopilot.
- Experience with application packaging and software deployment.
- Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Strong Tier II/III troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and wireless.
- Strong communication, documentation, and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical issues.
- Ability to work fully onsite in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.Preferred
- Executive or high-priority user support experience.
- Experience serving as a technical escalation point.
- Exposure to systems administration or infrastructure support.
- Experience improving IT support processes, documentation, or automation.
