About the role

A client of ours is hiring for a Licensing & Contracting Forms Analyst to support a growing insurance technology organization. This individual will play a key role in maintaining carrier forms, managing contracting and licensing workflows, and configuring data mapping logic that supports insurance onboarding and operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines insurance industry expertise with strong analytical and technical skills in a fully remote environment.
Key Qualifications: Insurance industry experience within Licensing & Contracting, Producer Services, Agency Operations, or Carrier Relations Experience working with BGAs, IMOs, FMOs, insurance carriers, or insurance distribution organizations Ability to interpret complex business rules and apply them within forms, workflows, or system configurations Experience maintaining carrier forms, contracting documents, appointment paperwork, or compliance-related records Working knowledge of XML or other structured data mapping/configuration technologies preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to support end users and investigate system-related issues Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills when managing large volumes of data and documentation Ability to prioritize multiple requests while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment Experience supporting distributed teams and working independently in a remote setting If you're interested, please apply directly or email Emma at ecorcodilos@talonpro.com.
