Scottsdale, AZ Contract To HireOur client is a proven leader in the communications industry, offering a professional level of low voltage expertise to their partners. Our client provides the resources necessary for their team members to excel and reach their career goals in the communications industry. Anistar is seeking an experienced Service Dispatchers to provide assistance with the operations staff as well as customers and technicians.
Job Responsibilities:
- Will have day to day contact with customers, technicians, and other members of staff
- Making outbound and taking incoming calls
- Will be on the phones as well as entering info on computer (Microsoft Office and Excel)
- Providing excellent customer service
- Working with operations staff in a team based/fast paced environment
- Occasional weekend work but typically M-F 7-4pmThe ideal candidate will possess the following:2+years of dispatching experience
Must have strong customer service skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Must have experience in low voltage settings either installing or servicing equipment
Google Solutions, Jobber, and exp with Comcast tickets are preferred
