Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best wireless products, services, and accessories. Demonstrate wireless devices and accessories with confidence and enthusiasm. Accurately process sales transactions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales performance goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment. Stay informed on new products, promotions, and industry trends. Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and overall store success.
Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, marketing, or hospitality is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a positive, professional attitude. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Reliable transportation. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Ability to work on-site.
