Toolmaker / Machinist / Wire EDM Apprentice Germantown, WI | Full-Time | Paid Apprenticeship Build a Career in Skilled Tradesis hiring entry-level candidates for our Tool & Die Maker, Machinist, and Wire EDM Apprenticeship Programs. If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy working with your hands, and want to learn a high-demand trade, we'll provide the training. No experience required. We are looking for dependable individuals with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn. If you've enjoyed fixing things, working on vehicles, building projects, or shop classes, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Learn:
  • Build precision tools, dies, fixtures, and gauges
  • Operate mills, lathes, grinders, and Wire EDM equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints
  • Inspect parts to extremely tight tolerances
  • Perform machine maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Work alongside experienced toolmakers in a climate-controlled facility
What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GEDMechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
  • Interest in machining, tool & die, or manufacturing
  • Willingness to learn blueprint reading and precision measurement
  • Attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
