Position Summary:
The Chief Member Experience Officer at Spectra Credit Union is a key executive leader responsible for shaping, advancing, and delivering an exceptional, consistent member experience across every channel and interaction. Reporting directly to the President and CEO, the CXO leads the Credit Union’s member-experience strategy, with oversight of retail delivery, service standards, relationship-building, and initiatives that strengthen member engagement, loyalty, and financial well-being. This role partners closely with the executive team and Board of Directors to ensure Spectra’s mission, strategic priorities, and member-focused values are embedded throughout the organization. The CXO uses member insights, performance data, and market trends to identify opportunities to improve experiences, simplify journeys, enhance service delivery, and build lasting relationships with members and communities. The ideal candidate is a strategic, collaborative, and member-centric leader with deep financial services experience and a demonstrated ability to lead cultural and operational change. They are committed to fostering a high-performing, service-oriented culture; developing strong teams; and delivering meaningful value to Spectra’s members. A bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degrees are preferred.
