About the role

North Star Community Credit Union in Maddock/Minot, ND seeks a Chief Operating Officer to lead branch network, call center, back-office ops, deposits and loan originations, marketing, and talent development. You will partner with the CEO on strategic planning, growth initiatives, and board reporting to ensure service excellence. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressive credit union leadership experience; advanced degrees and industry certifications are preferred.
