Job Description:
Garden Elegance Landscaping located on Johns Island is hiring Landscape Foreman and Foreman assistants. We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented individuals to lead our landscaping and maintenance teams in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.
Duties:
Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities including mowing, pruning, and planting
Lead a team of landscapers to complete projects on time and within scope
Conduct inspections to guarantee the health of plants, proper lawn care practices, and overall site aesthetics
Provide training and mentorship to crew members to develop their skills in landscaping maintenance
Requirements:
Proven experience in landscape maintenance
Experiencing driving a truck with a trailer is required.
A drivers license is a must!
Benefits:
Holiday pay after six months of employment
40 hours of vacation after one year of employment
$150 insurance stipend per month after one year of employment
Overtime opportunities and pay
Monday - Friday work schedule. We work an occasional (very rare) Saturday if we have a rain day during the week
