Win Cup is seeking a Plant Controller in West Chicago, IL to oversee all financial administration for the facility, including month-end close, GAAP compliance, and balance sheet reconciliations. This role partners with Plant Manager and Supply Chain to drive cost controls and production planning. Ideal candidate has 5+ years in plant accounting, strong manufacturing experience, and advanced Excel/ERP skills. Overnight travel may be required as part of the role.
