About the role

Gold Group is seeking a Site Superintendent for New York and surrounding suburbs. The role oversees multiple residential projects across Mount Vernon, The Bronx, Astoria, Yonkers and White Plains, with projects from foundation to sheetrock stages. Licensed DOB supers are preferred for some projects, while others may not require licensing, with compensation between $120k and $200k plus benefits and bonus based on experience.
