About the role

State of Washington is seeking a Test Phase Manager to coordinate testing activities for a statewide ERP implementation (Workday). You will lead Test Phase Leads across IST/MST, Workday Testing, End-to-End, and Regression Testing, ensuring cross-agency alignment and timely issue resolution. You will develop the enterprise test strategy, manage risks, and provide executive-ready reporting to guide go/no-go and deployment decisions within a fast-paced One Washington program.
