Pay Rate: $40.00 - $45.00 / HourAbout the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our Bank Loan Oversight and Administration Team. In this role, you will provide critical operational support to our portfolio management and investment teams. Your work will directly impact our trading operations, reporting accuracy, and data integrity across various bank loan, syndicated loan, and structured credit portfolios.
Key Responsibilities & Core Functions: Trade Settlement & Support: Execute trade settlements and comprehensive trade support by coordinating directly with agent banks, trade counterparties, and internal trading desks. CLO / CDO Portfolio Administration: Oversee CLO or CDO portfolio administration, including OC/IC compliance testing, waterfall calculations, interest/principal distributions, and cash & Deliverables: Produce scheduled and ad-hoc reporting deliverables for investment teams, legal & compliance, and external clients. Systems & Operational Transitions: Support business integration, system transitions, and operational build-outs through rigorous data comparison, report generation, and process Quality & Integrity Management: Maintain and safeguard the critical data that drives our business across loan portfolios, conducting data mining and analysis from a variety of internal and external sources. Client & Team Collaboration: Deliver top-tier service to both internal and external clients, service providers, and team members while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications & Experience: Industry Background: Relevant experience at a fund administrator, asset manager, CLO manager, institutional bank, or structured credit firm supporting bank loan / syndicated loan portfolios.
Experience Level: $2+ years of overall work experience preferred. Background in investment management, fund operations, or reporting/product oversight is a strong plus. Market Knowledge: Familiarity with bonds, bond settlements, and a solid understanding of the security/loan market (LMA) and fund Systems Expertise: Hands-on use of loan management and tracking systems in an investment operations or trust operations context, such as: Wall Street Office (WSO) / Allvue-Everest ClearParLoanIQSolvas
Education: Bachelor's Degree required; a degree in a business-related field (Finance or Accounting) is preferred.
