Job Description: Since 1956 Doug Russell Marine has been a staple in the marine and boating industry. We're located on Route 20 in Worcester and looking to add a motivated employee to our busy shipping department. Applicants would be responsible for inventory control, stock put-away, order picking/packing, and receiving/shipping using small parcel (UPS/US Postal) shipping software. The ideal applicants would have:- good critical thinking skills- a positive attitude- ability to work as a team member- good time management- ability to lift 50lbs- reliable transportation- excellent attendance- a solid work history- a strong work ethic- strong attention to detail- good written/verbal communication skills- proficient typing skills, math skills, general knowledge of computer use- willingness to go above and beyond daily requirements when situations arise, and an understanding of different shipping methods offered by UPS and the United Postal Service.
