About the role

Capital Group seeks a Senior Taxonomy & Metadata Specialist to lead enterprise taxonomy design and governance across marketing and digital assets. You will drive metadata frameworks, tagging standards, and workflow automation to ensure assets are discoverable and compliant. You will collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Compliance, and IT to align strategies with business goals and FINRA/SEC requirements, while mentoring teams and building metadata literacy across the organization.
