About the role

Ohio BWC is seeking a Regional Field Safety Operations supervisor to oversee daily operations for ergonomists, industrial hygienists, and safety consultants across Northwest Ohio. You will plan and direct programming, attend on-site employer consultations, and prepare status reports on service delivery outcomes and projects. You will mentor staff, represent the Office of Safety Services in meetings with employers and safety organizations, and manage resource allocation and budgets.
