Qualifications:
Must be at least 15 years old – Required to meet employment guidelines for this role.
Energetic and Engaging Personality – Must be enthusiastic, outgoing, and comfortable leading activities for guests of all ages, especially children and families.
Strong Communication and Customer Service Skills – Ability to interact positively with guests, provide clear instructions for activities, and create a fun, welcoming environment.
Ability to Work in a Team and Independently – Must be a team player who can collaborate with fellow staff while also taking initiative to run activities smoothly.
Dependability and Flexibility – Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work weekends, holidays, and peak season shifts, as well as adapt to changing schedules and weather conditions.
