Build and maintain forecasting models, dashboards, and reporting; ensure sales, inventory, and product data are accurate; and present key demand changes, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions to leadership. Continuously improve forecasting methodologies and planning processes through data analysis, testing, and performance review. Qualifications: At least 4 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain, inventory planning, or a related analytical function. Proven experience working within an omnichannel product business, preferably across eCommerce, consumer products, retail, and/or wholesale channels. Strong understanding of SKU-level demand forecasting and inventory planning, including seasonality, product lifecycle, promotions, lead times, and supply constraints. Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills with experience working with large datasets, forecasting models, reporting, and ERP, BI, or planning systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into practical inventory and purchasing decisions, identify trends, and challenge assumptions. Strong cross-functional and English communication skills, with experience working with Finance, Sales, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and leadership stakeholders. Highly analytical, commercially minded, detail-oriented, proactive, accountable, and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.
Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday during US Pacific Time business hours (PST/PDT). Candidates must be comfortable working a full-time schedule aligned with the US-based team for forecasting, S&OP, planning meetings, and cross-functional coordination.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
