About the Role: Responsible for training regional accounts. The focus will be on the features and benefits of the hardware and software production as well on the technology behind the products. Responsible for maintaining demo room functionality. Looking for Bilingual, fluent in Spanish as there will be a need to support Latin America.
Your Impact: Responsible for all training programs and training outcomes. Determines the best instructional methods for each training session, and tests trainees (customers) to measure learning progress. Develops, directs, plans and evaluates training activities to meet the organization's position requirements, including participating as a subject matter expert and working/ coordinating with the training team on curriculum development and conduct training needs assessments. Analyzes customers training needs to determine requirements for new program development. Works independently, with guidance in only new or unusual situations. Looking for Bilingual, fluent in Spanish as there will be a need to support Latin America.
About You:
  • The Skills & Expertise You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 3 to 5 years of related experience.
  • Experience in printing pre-sales/post- sales support in office and production environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of computer hardware and software including, but not limited to, Microsoft and Apple operating systems and print driver setup.
  • Thorough working knowledge of the Canon USA software portfolio including eCopy, Therefore and uniFLOW.Strong grasp of networking essentials and concepts.
  • Extensive travel may be required, up to 60% with overnight stays (valid drivers' license and acceptable driving record necessary). Certain minimum auto insurance coverages are required.
  • CMP certification preferred.
  • We are providing the anticipated base salary range for this role: $69,300-103,770.00 annually
