Key responsibilities include: Provide full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery services in a thriving, patient-focused practice. Collaborate with a team of dental specialists, medical professionals, and support staff to deliver exceptional care. Build and maintain long-term patient relationships while upholding the highest standards of clinical excellence. Contribute to the practice's growth, reputation, and leadership in the West Houston market.
Required qualifications include: Completion of an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency. DDS/DMD degree and medical degree (required path includes DDS, medical school, 1-year fellowship, and 6-year residency).Eligibility for licensure in the state of Texas. Commitment to providing patient-centered care with clinical excellence.
Preferred qualifications include: Candidates with prior clinical or private practice experience (compensation flexibility available for experienced candidates).Strong communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
Compensation and benefits include: $300K base salary + 25% equity partnership from day one. Relocation assistance available. Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off. Long-term growth opportunities in a supportive, expanding private practice.
