Senior HRIS Business Systems Analyst – SAP Success Factors
Location: Remote Type: Direct Hire / Full-Time
Overview:
Seeking a Senior HRIS/Business Systems Analyst with strong SAP Success Factors experience, particularly Employee Central, Compensation, and Recruiting. The role will gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions, analyze business processes and data, and collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, document, and analyze business/technical requirements. Evaluate workflows and identify process improvements. Perform data analysis, mapping, visualization, and gap analysis. Develop functional specifications, process flows, and business cases. Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders. Support Success Factors releases, enhancements, incidents, and process redesign. Participate in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid projects. Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
Required Qualifications:
7–10+ years of related experience. Strong HRIS and SAP Success Factors/Employee Central experience. Experience with Compensation and Recruiting. Strong requirements analysis and stakeholder management skills. Intermediate/advanced SQL and data analysis. Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and scripting. Experience with Excel, Visio, Word, and Power Point. Strong communication, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred: CCBA/CBAP certification.
