Become a Key Player as a Mechanical Assembler / Technican You will perform medium mechanical assembly work that keeps critical fans and pumps moving, delivering reliable components to downstream production and engineering teams. You will work onsite on the 1st shift (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM), collaborating closely with Quality, Production Control, and Engineering under general supervision to meet production targets and maintain quality standards. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Assemble machined parts and apply mechanical assembly skills Perform riveting, hydraulics, bonding, and torque assembly tasks Read blueprints and follow work instructions Perform failure analyses and troubleshoot mechanical failures with supervisory support Rework parts to print per instructions Handle a variety of assigned tasks to support production needs Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This RoleHigh school diploma or GEDVocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in a related field3–6 years of relevant mechanical assembly experience Ability to read and comprehend instructions, blueprints, and work orders Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide; compute rate, ratio, percent) Ability to communicate effectively in English and present information one-on-one or in small groups Strong teamwork and ability to work independently Physical ability to frequently lift/move up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds Pay Range$20.00/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
