Job Description:
Job Description As a Mobile Heavy Equipment Mechanic with DBM, the XCMG dealer for Nevada and parts of northern California, you will primarily provide field service with additional shop support at our Hazen, Nevada location. You will diagnose, maintain, and repair XCMG, CAT, Komatsu, and other mixed heavy equipment brands throughout Northern Nevada and nearby California. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will work from a fully equipped service truck while supporting customers in the field and at the shop.
Responsibilities:
Perform field repairs throughout Northern Nevada and nearby California. Complete shop repairs at the Hazen, Nevada facility. Diagnose equipment issues across XCMG, CAT, Komatsu, and other heavy equipment brands. Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections. Repair and troubleshoot hydraulic systems. Diagnose and repair diesel engines. Troubleshoot electrical systems and components. Coordinate parts, document service work, and support customers.
Preferred Qualifications: Class B CDL preferred but not required.
