About the role
Leading a dynamic video production team, the full-time remote Lead Producer, Creative Marketing will manage day-to-day operations, prioritize projects, and collaborate with various departments to deliver high-quality marketing content.
Key Responsibilities
Stay hands-on by managing a personal slate of productions while leading the team
Collaborate efficiently with department leads and manage capacity planning across the production pipeline
Drive prioritization conversations with stakeholders to focus on high-impact work and improve brief quality
Required Qualifications
Proven experience leading a video or creative production team in an agency, studio, or in-house marketing environment
Hands-on production background with familiarity in video production tools and workflows
Track record of managing a high-volume creative pipeline while ensuring quality under capacity constraints
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to set expectations effectively
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello
