What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead large-scale HVAC/mechanical scopes on complex, high-visibility projects Own the full financial picture (P&L) — budgeting, forecasting, cost control Drive project strategy, scheduling, manpower planning, and execution Act as the face of the company with owners, GCs, and design teams Mentor and develop PMs, APMs, and field leadership Ensure safety, quality, and performance across all phases What They’re Looking For 10+ years in mechanical/HVAC construction Experience leading large projects ($100M+ mechanical scope or equivalent complexity)Strong financial acumen and client-facing leadership Background in commercial, healthcare, institutional, or mission-critical projects Open to traveling full-time If you’re a Senior PM who has been running big work and wants to break into a Project Executive role, this is a strong path.
