- Work with small electrical components and assemblies
- Perform detailed hands-on assembly and inspection work
- Test completed components for proper performance and quality
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

- Perform product and process quality checks
- Record inspection and testing information accurately
- Identify and help analyze assembly or quality problems
- Communicate product or process concerns to appropriate team members
- Follow detailed manufacturing, quality, and safety procedures
- Maintain an organized workstation and consistent product quality
- Ability to read and understand blueprints or technical drawings
- Experience using precision measuring instruments
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working with small components and detailed specifications
- Ability to accurately follow written work instructions
