Competitive Compensation: $85,000 - 120,000 expected annual compensation (22 to 30 per hour plus eligibility for commission incentives expected to range from 3000 to 5000 per month). We pay our commissions weekly! Medical, dental and vision benefits PLUS a Medical Copay Visa.(Premiums PAID 100% for the employee) Paid holidays and paid time off (PTO). Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm with a 30 minute lunch Qualified Auto Body Estimators will possess the following: A minimum of 2 years estimating in an auto body shop required Experience using CCC One, Mitchell and I-Car programs Working with direct repair programs, DRP is required Excellent customer service/sales background Ability to multitask, manage several jobs at once We'll keep your inquiry and our conversations confidential from your current employer, regardless of the outcome. You must have a valid California Driver's License, be able to pass background check & drug screen prior to hire, and receive approval from our insurance partners during your employment.
