This is an opportunity to lead meaningful change in a high-volume environment where engineering and maintenance directly shape performance. You’ll lead engineering projects and maintenance operations for a large Jackson, OH facility, covering capital projects, equipment installs, preventive/predictive maintenance, budgets, and team leadership. This role would suit an Engineering Manager or Maintenance Manager with manufacturing leadership experience looking for a high-level position with significant operational responsibility, strong benefits and the backing of a large international organization.
The Role:
